Free Beta: AXION CORE is currently free while we collect feedback and improve the product. Paid Pro features may be introduced later.

How it works

Test the beta safely with preview-first workflows.

1. Select Folder

Point AXION CORE at a folder that already contains your media files. The beta focuses on organization and cleanup, not downloading.

2. Preview Changes

Review detected media type, season mapping, file names, quality, conflicts, and folder structure before any change is applied.

3. Apply & Enjoy

Approve the changes and your folders are ready for Plex, Jellyfin or Emby with clean naming and a proper library structure.

Powerful features

Everything you need to manage a professional media server

Smart Media Organizer

The core of AXION CORE. Watches your download folder, waits for torrents to finish (triple size verification), detects media type (movie/TV/anime), maps anime seasons via AniList & TMDB, cleans subtitles, and moves to the correct library — fully automated.

Core Feature

Smart Dashboard

Drive hierarchy view (Z: → libraries), per-library refresh, server profiles for switching between multiple Plex/Jellyfin/Emby servers, storage breakdown by type, active streaming sessions, and complete activity history.

Command Center

Convert & Subtitles

Accordion-style per-track selection. Keep or remove individual subtitle and audio tracks. Bulk edit across all files at once. Merge external .srt/.ass files. Shows 5.1/7.1/Stereo for audio.

Per-Track Control

AniList + TMDB Mapping

One Piece episode 1157? Maps to Season 23 automatically. Learns from your existing folder structure. TMDB-first for long-running series (100+ episodes). Auto-search when you scan files.

Smart Season Detection

Library Fix

Health score for your library. Detects bad file names, duplicates, missing episodes, empty folders, low-quality files (below 1080p), and old large files. Auto-sort messy folders with preview.

One-Click Fix

Smart Organize

Scan a folder and auto-search TMDB/AniList. Apply the correct name to all files with one click. 3 modes: Rename Only, Create Folders, Move to Server. Supports 15+ filename patterns.

Quality Detection

FFprobe analyzes every file — detects resolution (4K/1080p/720p/480p). Warns you when quality is below 1080p. Library Fix shows all low-quality files with suggestions to upgrade.

Smart Conflict Handling

Three modes: Skip existing, Upgrade if new file is bigger, or Overwrite always. Choose Move (faster) or Copy (safer) for file operations. All configurable in Settings.

Multi-Server Support

Plex OAuth one-click login. Jellyfin and Emby credentials. Save multiple server profiles and switch between them instantly from the Dashboard. Per-library refresh button.

Cloud Storage Ready

Works with rclone mounts (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox), network drives, and seedboxes. Built-in documentation with setup guides for every scenario.

Modern Interface

Custom purple-themed title bar. Dark and Light modes. 5-step onboarding wizard. Settings with sidebar navigation. FFmpeg detection and install guide. Runs silently in system tray.

Auto-Sort Folder

Have all your media in one messy folder? Preview the sort first — see how many Movies, TV Shows, and Anime will be organized. Detects misplaced files. Apply with one click.

Undo & History

Every operation is logged. Undo any action with one click. Full activity feed on your dashboard. Never lose track of what happened to your files.

Smart Filename Parser

15+ regex patterns handle everything: fansub brackets [Group], scene releases, Turkish/Korean series, movie years, resolution tags. Word-boundary matching prevents false positives.

AI-Assisted Parsing

Optional AI integration for 99% accuracy. Supports Ollama (local, free), Claude, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. AI extracts metadata — the app builds the name consistently. Falls back to regex automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the most common things people ask before downloading.

Is AXION CORE safe to point at my real library?
Yes. Every operation is preview-first — AXION CORE shows you exactly which files will be renamed, moved, or merged before anything happens. Nothing is changed on disk until you explicitly approve. You can also pick Copy instead of Move in Settings if you want to keep the originals untouched while you test.
Can I undo changes after applying them?
Yes. Every operation is logged in the activity history, and you can undo any action with one click. The app records the original path and filename for every file it touches, so even bulk operations can be rolled back individually or as a group.
Does it really cost nothing? What's the catch?
AXION CORE is free during beta with no feature gates, no ads, and no upsells in the app. After the beta, a paid Pro Plan may be introduced for advanced automation features (folder watch, GPU encoding, multi-library scheduling). The core organize / rename / preview workflow is intended to stay free.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit), 4 GB RAM minimum (8 GB recommended), and around 200 MB of free disk space. FFmpeg is required for quality detection and conversion — the app detects it automatically and shows an install guide if it's missing. Linux and macOS builds are planned after the Windows beta stabilizes.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only for the metadata features. Renaming, moving, quality detection, and the activity log all work fully offline. Internet is used to query TMDB and AniList for season mapping, to log into your Plex/Jellyfin/Emby server, and (if you enable it) to call your chosen AI provider. You can also run AI parsing fully offline with a local Ollama instance.
How is this different from Sonarr, Radarr, or FileBot?
Sonarr and Radarr focus on automated downloading via indexers, while FileBot is a powerful renamer with a commercial license. AXION CORE is built for a different use case: organizing media you already have — including anime — with a visual preview-first workflow, AI-assisted parsing, and native multi-server profiles for Plex, Jellyfin, and Emby. See the full comparison here.
What about my privacy?
AXION CORE runs locally on your machine. File paths, library contents, and operations stay on your device — they are never sent to AXION CORE servers. The optional AI parsing feature sends only the filename (not the file) to whichever provider you choose, and you can disable it entirely or use a local Ollama instance for full offline AI. The only data we collect through this site is the email you optionally submit for beta release notes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
When will Linux and macOS versions be available?
Both are on the roadmap after the Windows beta stabilizes. The plan is AppImage and .deb packages for Linux, and a signed .dmg for macOS. Beta subscribers get notified first when builds are ready to test.
